$FeCl _{3}$ is a salt of strong acid and weak base. It gives $Fe ( OH )_{3}$ and $HCl$ on hydrolysis. $Fe ( OH )_{3}$ is a weak base and $HCl$ is strong acid.
So the aqueous solution of $FeCl$, will be acidic in nature
