Solution:
For single slit diffraction pattern
$d \sin \theta=\lambda(d=$ slit width $)$
Angular width $=2 \theta=2 \sin ^{-1}\left(\frac{\lambda}{d}\right)$
It is independent of $D$ i.e. distance between screen and slit.
