Solution:
The flowers where pollination is brought about by wind is known as anemophilous flowers. The anemophilous plants have to produce enormous quantities of pollen. The male flower in anemophilous trees is borne in pendent cat kins, whereas the female flowers have large and feathery stigma (in grasses) or brush-like (Typha) and project beyond the floral envelops. Scented, large, showy flowers are found in Rafflesia and Aristolochia etc. The insects are attracted by the unpleasent small of flowers i. e., pollination is by insects (entomophily).
