$ n\left(E\right) =\,{}^{3}C_{1}\times ^{4}C_{1} \times^{2}C_{1} $
Probability $ = \frac{3\times4 \times2}{^{9}C_{3}} = \frac{24 \times3!}{9!} \times6! = \frac{24 \times6}{9 \times8 \times7} = \frac{2}{7} $
