Solution:

$ΔG^\circ =-nFE^\circ $
$-17.37\times 1000=-3\times 96500\times E^\circ $
$E^\circ =\frac{17370}{3 \times 96500}$
$E^\circ =\frac{579}{9650}volt$
$=0.06=6\times 10^{- 2}volt$
