From Bernoulli's theorem

$p+0+\rho g H=p+\frac{1}{2} \rho v^{2}+\rho g(H-h)$
$\frac{1}{2} \rho v^{2}=\rho g h$
$\Rightarrow v=\sqrt{2 g h}$
