According to the question, Frequency,
$v=\frac{48}{60} Hz =\frac{4}{5}=0.8\, Hz$
Wavelength, $\lambda=10\, m$
$\therefore $ Wave velocity, $v=v \lambda=(0.8)(10)$
$=8\, m / s$
