An elastic wire can be treated as a spring with
$k =\frac{ YA }{\ell}$
$T =2 \pi \sqrt{\frac{ m }{ k }}$
$f =\frac{1}{2 \pi} \sqrt{\frac{ k }{ m }}=\frac{1}{2 \pi} \sqrt{\frac{ YA }{ m \ell}}$
