Fraction $=\frac{\Delta U}{\Delta Q}=\frac{C_{V}}{C_{p}}$
For monoatomic gas $\frac{C_{p}}{C_{V}}=\gamma=\frac{5}{3}$
So, $\frac{C_{V}}{C_{p}}=\frac{1}{\gamma}=\frac{3}{5}$
