Q. An ideal gas has pressure $P$, volume $V$ and absolute temperature $T$. If $m$ is the mass of each molecule and $K$ is the Boltzmann constant then density of the gas is

Solution:

From PV $= nRT$ we can find
$PV = NKT$ here $K$ is a Boltzmann constant
Now $\rho= m / V =\frac{ Nm }{ V }$
putting the value in above equation we get $\rho=\frac{ Pm }{ KT }$
