Solution:
Let electron jumps from
$n_{1} \rightarrow n_{2}$
So, $ \Delta L=\left(n_{2}-n_{1}\right)=\frac{h}{2 \pi}$
(According to Bohr's quantisation rule)
Since, $n_{1}$ and $n_{2}$ are integers $\left(n_{1}, n_{2}>1\right)$,
so $n_{2}-n_{1}$
is also an integral value and hence,
$\Delta L$ must be an integral multiple of $\frac{h}{2 \pi}$.
