$\left(\frac{\Delta Q}{\Delta t}\right)_{A}=\left(\frac{\Delta Q}{\Delta t}\right)_{B}$
$m S_{A}\left(\frac{\Delta T}{\Delta t}\right)_{A}=m S_{B}\left(\frac{\Delta T}{\Delta t}\right)_{B}$
$\frac{S_{A}}{S_{B}}=\frac{\left(\frac{\Delta T}{\Delta t}\right)_{A}}{\left(\frac{\Delta T}{\Delta t}\right)_{B}}$
$=\frac{90 / 6}{120 / 3}=\frac{15}{40}=\frac{3}{8}$
