$\upsilon = \frac{2\pi r}{t}$
$= 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times \frac{10}{40}$
$ = \frac{11}{7} m \, s^{-1}$
Distance, $S = \upsilon \, t$
$ = \frac{11}{7} \times 140$
$ = 220 \, m$
