Solution:

Cubical expansion, $\Delta V=\gamma V\Delta T=3\alpha V\Delta T$ $\left[\right.\because \gamma =3\alpha \left]\right.$
$=3\times 23\times \left(10\right)^{- 6}\times \left(\frac{4}{3} \pi \times \left(10\right)^{3}\right)\times 100$
$=28.9cc$
