Here, $V = 10 \, \sin \, 314 \, t$
$V \left(at t =\frac{1}{600 }s\right) = 10 \sin\left(314 \times\frac{1}{600}\right) = 10 \sin \frac{\pi}{6}$
$ = 10 \times \frac{1}{2} = 5V $
