$PCl_5\,$ produces $\, POCl_3$ with the following reagents
$PCl_5 + SO_2 \longrightarrow POCl_3 + SOCl_2$
$PCl_5 + H_2O \longrightarrow POCl_3 + 2HCl$
$2PCl_5 + H_2SO_4 \longrightarrow S O_2Cl, + 2POCl_3 + 2HCl$
$6PCl_5 + P_4O_{10} \longrightarrow 10POCl_3$
