Entamoeba histolytica (a protozoan parasite in the large intestine)
Disease: Amoebiasis (Amoebic dysentery)
Mode of infection: Contamination of food and water by Houseflies.
Sign and symptoms: Abdominal pain and cramps, constipation, stools with excess mucous and blood clots.
