$Al_{4}C_{3}+12H_{2}O \rightarrow 3CH_{4}+4Al\left(O H_{3}\right)$

So $\text{67} \text{.2} \, \text{L}$ $CH_{4}$ evolved by $\text{144} \, \text{g}$ $Al_{4}C_{3}$

$\text{11} \text{.2} \, \text{L}$ $CH_{4}$ will be evolved $= \frac{144}{67.2} \times 11.2 = 24 \, \text{g}$
