At very strong heating
$MNO_{3} \rightarrow M_{2}O+\frac{1}{2}O_{2}+N_{2}$
except $Li$ , it decomposes as follows
$2LiNO_{3} \rightarrow Li_{2}O+2NO_{2}+\frac{1}{2}O_{2}$
Nitrates of alkaline earth metals decompose as follows,
$M\left(\left(NO\right)_{3}\right)_{2} \rightarrow MO+2\left(NO\right)_{2}+\frac{1}{2}O_{2}$
For alkaline earth metals
$M\left(N O_{3}\right)_{2} \rightarrow MO\left(s\right)+2NO_{2}+\frac{1}{2}O_{2}$
