Aldehydes and ketones with $NH_{2}-NH_{2}$ forms hydrazones. This is Nucleophilic additon followed by Elimination reaction

$\text{RCHO} + \text{H}_{\text{2}} \text{N} - \text{NH}_{\text{2}} \rightarrow \text{RCH} = \text{N} - \text{NH}_{\text{2}} + \text{H}_{\text{2}} \text{O}$
