Adrenaline hormone is an amine hormone secreted by adrenal medulla on stimulation of sympathetic nervous system for meeting an emergency and reinforcing its role. Adrenaline hormone increases blood supply to muscles and heart by constriction of spleen for pouring reserve blood and constriction of arlerioles of skin and abdominal organs.
