Solution:

In distal convoluted tubule, where the level of plasma water falls, the posterior pituitary Iobe release the Antidiuretic Hormone (ADH), which increases the permeability of the distal convoluted tubule and collecting duct of water. Its release into blood is controlled by an osmoregulatory center located in hypothalamus, In $PCT$, glucose, amino acid and $Na ^{+}, K ^{+}$ions are reabsorbed by active transport. $Cl ^{-}$are reabsorbed by passive transport. Ultra filtration occurs in Bowmans capsule.
