Solution:

Vinyl chloride and chlorobenzene do not give white precipitate of $ AgCl $ with $ AgN{{O}_{3}} $ solution, as $ Cl $ -atom in them is tightly bonded to carbon. (In both of them resonance is possible). Benzyl chloride is quite reactive and it gives white precipitate with $ AgN{{O}_{3}} $ solution.
