$\omega_{1}=0$
$\omega_{2}=10 \frac{ rad }{ sec } t=5 \,sec$
$\theta=\frac{\omega_{1}+\omega_{2}}{2} \times t$
$=\frac{10}{2} \times 5=25 \,rad$
