As we know
$I=M k^{2} \Rightarrow \sqrt{\frac{I}{M}}$
$=K=\sqrt{\frac{200}{15}}$
$=\sqrt{\frac{40}{3}}$
$=\sqrt{13.33}=3.65 \,m$
