$h=\sqrt{\frac{K_{w}}{K_{a} \times C}}=\sqrt{\frac{10^{- 14}}{10^{- 5} \times 0.1}}=10^{- 4}$
Or $10^{- 2}\%$ i.e., $0.01\%$
