x = elongation in spring due to mass 10 kg
$= \frac{1 0 \times 1 0}{1 0 0} = \text{1 m}$
$\mathrm{W}_{\mathrm{F}}=\frac{1}{2} \times 100 \times\left[(3)^2-(1)^2\right]-10 \times 10 \times 2$
= $200J$
