$m = 0.5 \,kg, v = 5 \,cm/s$
$KE$ in rolling $=\frac{1}{2}mv^{2}+\frac{1}{2}\,I\omega^{2}$
$=\frac{1}{2}mv^{2}\left(1+\frac{K^{2}}{R^{2}}\right)$
$=8.75\times10^{-4}\,J$
