Solution:

$\tau=I \alpha ; \tau=m g\left(\frac{4 R}{3 \pi}\right) ; I=\frac{M R^{2}}{2},$
$ \alpha=\frac{8 g}{3 \pi R}$
$ \Rightarrow x=8$
