Solution:

Tuning fork produces 2 beats with oscillator of $514\, Hz$.
$\therefore $ frequency of tuning fork
$n_{1} =514 \pm 2$
$=516$ or $512\, Hz$
Similarly, $n_{2}=510 \pm 6=514$ or $504\, Hz$
$\therefore $ frequency of tuning fork $=516\, Hz$
