$y=10 \sin \pi(0.02 x-2.00 t)$
$\frac{\partial y}{\partial t}=-20 \pi \cos \pi(0.02 x-2.00 t)$
$\left(\frac{\partial y}{\partial t} \div\right)_{\max }=20 \pi=63$ units.
