Solution:

When concentrated sulphuric acid is added to potassium permanganate, a mild explosive manganese heptoxide is obtained
$2KMnO_{4}+H_{2}SO_{4} \to Mn_{2}O_{7}+K_{2}SO_{4}+H_{2}O$
Note $Mn_{2}O_{7}$ is a powerful oxidising agent and combustible substance Wood, cotton catches fire readily when comes in contact of it
