Solution:

Length of conductor (I) = 0.4 m;
Speed = 7 m/s and magnetic field (B) = 0.9 Wb/$m^2$.
Induced e.m.f. $(\in)=Blv \, \, =0.9\times0.4\times7=2.52 V$.
