$pH$ of solution $=9,\left[ H ^{+}\right]=10^{-9}$

This solution is 1000 times more basic than solution whose

$\left[ H ^{+}\right]=10^{-9} \times 10^{3} =10^{-6} $

$pH =-\log \left[ H ^{+}\right]$

$=-\log \left[\log ^{-6}\right]=6 $
