Solution:

Since, momentum is directly proportional to mass of the body. Hence when both iron balls are dropped from same height, then bigger ball gain greater momentum than smaller ball at the time of striking the glass pane. Hence, it can transfer greater momentum to the glass pane and so it breaks.
