Q. A satellite is to be stationed in an orbit such that it can be used for relay purposes (such a satellite is called a Geostationary satellite). The conditions such a satellite should fulfill is/are :

A geostationary satellite must have an angular speed in circular orbit which is equal to that of earth's rotation in same direction and for it to appear at rest from earth surface it must be in equatorial plane hence option (A) is correct.
