No. of atoms in $1$ mole of $PCl_{3} = 4$
No. of atoms in $1.4$ moles of $PCl_{3}$
$ = 4 \times 1.4 \times 6.022 \times 10^{23}$
$ = 3.372 \times 10^{24}$
