Solution:

Plants use radiations of wavelength between $400$ - $700\, nm$ for photosynthesis. It is called as photosynthetically active radiation $(PAR)$. Therefore, below $400\, nm$ photosynthesis does not take place and oxygen will also not release as the oxygen releases by the photolysis of water during photosynthesis
