The simplified circuit is shown in figure below.

So, output $y=\overline{\bar{A} \cdot \bar{B} \cdot \bar{C}}$
If $A=0, B=1, C=1$
$\therefore y=\overline{\bar{0} \cdot \bar{1} \cdot \bar{1}}=\overline{1 \cdot 0 \cdot 0}=\bar{0}=1$
