$ RCON{{H}_{2}}+B{{r}_{2}}+4KOH\xrightarrow{{}}RN{{H}_{2}}+2KBr $ $ +{{K}_{2}}C{{O}_{3}} $ $ \because $ 1 C of amide is removed in form of $ {{K}_{2}}C{{O}_{3}} $ $ \therefore $ Amine formed has one C atom less than amide.
