When it enters in first region then
$\overset{ \rightarrow }{F}=q\left(\overset{ \rightarrow }{v} \times \overset{ \rightarrow }{B}\right)$
$+ve\left(\overset{ \rightarrow }{v} \times \overset{ \rightarrow }{B}\right)$
Direction of $\overset{ \rightarrow }{F} \, $ will be as shown in figure.
