Solution:

using Kepler's IInd law ; areal velocity = constant = $\frac{L}{2 m}$
⇒ $\frac{d A}{d t}$ = $\frac{L}{2 m}$
⇒ $L=2m\frac{d A}{d t}$
$L=\frac{2 m A}{T}$
