Solution:

$\left(\overset{ \rightarrow }{v}\right)_{I}=-\left(\overset{ \rightarrow }{v}\right)_{o}+2\left(\overset{ \rightarrow }{v}\right)_{m}=-0+2\left(10\right)=20cms^{- 1}$
