Turner's Syndrome is a disorder is caused due to the absence of one of the X chromosomes. These patients are females with only 45 chromosomes. Such females are sterile as ovaries are rudimentary. They lack other secondary sexual characters. They have a short neck with a webbed appearance, low hairline at the back of the neck, low-set ears, hands, and feet that are swollen or puffy at birth.
