Solution:

Velocity, $ v=r\omega =r\times \frac{\theta }{t}=\frac{r\times (\pi r/r)}{t} $
$ \therefore $ $ v=\frac{r\pi }{t}=\frac{10\times \pi }{5}=2\pi \,m{{s}^{-1}} $
