Solution:
Total energy in SHM,
$E = \frac{1}{2} m \omega^{2} A^{2} $
$ = \frac{1}{2} \times1 \times25 \times10^{6} \times4 \times10^{-4} $
$ = 50 \times10^{2} = 5 kJ $
