$m=\frac{f}{f + u}=-2$
$\Rightarrow $ radius of image = $2cm$
$\because \, \omega $ is same
$\Rightarrow \frac{8}{1}=\frac{v}{2}\Rightarrow v=16 \, cms^{- 1}$ .
