$\lambda=\frac{h}{m v}=\frac{6.626 \times 10^{-27}}{10^{-3} \times 10^{5}}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{6.626 \times 10^{-27}}{10^{2}}=6.626 \times 10^{-29} cm$
