The parallel plate capacitor $C=\frac{\varepsilon_{0} \cdot A}{d}$
When $d$ (distance between two parallel plate) increase, then $C$ will be decrease
$\because Q=C V $ where $Q=$ constant
$\therefore $ The voltage across the capacitor increases.
