$e=\frac{V e l o c i t y \, o f \, s e p r a t i o n \, }{V e l o c i t y \, o f \, a p p r o a c h \, }$
$e=\sqrt{\frac{h_{2}}{h_{1}}}$ $= \sqrt{\frac{81}{100}} = 0.9$
